Return & Refund Policy

At EscapeTribe, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

🔄 Returns

You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll initiate a refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
COD refunds are processed via UPI or direct bank transfer.
